Co-Founder & Director - Strategic Planning, Technical Assistance and Innovation


As the Director of Strategic Planning, Technical Assistance, and Innovation, Steven harnesses his expertise in project management and community health to drive impactful program development and implementation. With a focus on improving health systems and addressing critical issues such as sexual reproductive health for adolescents with disabilities and HIV/AIDS, he is dedicated to advancing public health systems in rural areas.

Steven has a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and is pursuing a master’s in Public Health from the University of Lusaka (UNILUS). He has proven experience in leadership in project management and community health, specialising in program development, implementation, and monitoring.

His work experience includes roles as a Project Officer at On Call Africa, where he oversaw volunteer programs and strengthened rural health systems. As a Community Health Specialist, he was key in implementing a model health service package and led impactful initiatives.

Steven was also a co-investigator for a research proposal on sexual reproductive health for adolescents with disabilities and HIV/AIDS. He has made significant contributions as a Community Digital Monitoring and Tracking Specialist, scaling projects across provinces. As a District Coordinator at Avencion Limited, he managed the CDC/PEPFAR/SPHO Funded HIV Retention Programme and co-designed the Avencion Cervical Cancer Project.
