Co-Founder & Director - Research and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)

Kelly leads research and MEAL at EaRN. He is dedicated to fostering an environment that supports and empowers people with disabilities, allowing them to thrive and participate fully in their communities.

Kelly is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Research, and comprehensive training facilitation across diverse topics and fields. He possesses proven experience in program coordination and skilled data management, utilising Stata and SPSS for interdisciplinary solutions in socio-economic and public health interventions.

His expertise extends to designing research frameworks and implementing data management strategies to inform evidence-based decision-making. Notably, Kelly has previously made impactful contributions at USAID DISCOVER-Health Project, Avencion, Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) and PATH, working on projects related to Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV, and Malaria. He is also a Global Health Corps Alumni.

In his leisure time, Kelly plays and watches soccer and is keen to stay abreast of current affairs through avid reading.
